The salary does not include a commission percentage from sales, and the salary is specified in the job announcement. You will be the voice of Wujhat in front of our clients. You will receive their inquiries and respond through our various written sales channels: messages within our app, and social media platforms. You will receive their requests and coordinate with hotels and suppliers to design and coordinate the best packages and the most suitable ones for each client. And don’t worry if you are not an expert in the required field; we provide you with full training on all our systems and tools. All we ask for is a sincere desire to learn quickly and enjoy the journey. Nature of Work and Working Hours We strive to make work as flexible and comfortable as possible: The nature of the work is 40 hours a week, divided between 5 to 6 days a week, and the schedule may vary depending on pressure and seasons (keeping the 40 hours in mind). Work from the office 3-4 days a week, and work remotely one to two days a week. After a few weeks, we may need your flexibility to work evenings and on weekends (within the 40 hours). We consider everyone's need for balance and comfort. Goals and Commission You will earn a percentage of the sales that exceed a monthly target we set for you, and we have designed your start with us in three clear stages that give you enough time to succeed: The first month is fully dedicated to your training and support. The second month is your trial period to find your rhythm and get to know your work. From the third month onward, meeting the monthly target becomes mandatory and applicable. We will share with you all the details of the commission and sales targets clearly during the personal interview. What are we looking for? Someone who is comfortable using technology and computers and is able to write fluently in both Arabic and English.
