Responsibilities:

• Welcoming Clients Warmly: Greeting guests with a warm smile and creating a welcoming atmosphere from the first moment.
• Processing Orders Professionally: Accurately receiving customer orders and ensuring they are delivered to the kitchen efficiently.
• Monitoring Delivery Time: Constantly coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure orders are delivered on time and without delay.
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Monitoring customer experiences and responding quickly to any needs or inquiries.
• Managing the Reservation System: Organizing reservations and overseeing the seating schedule to ensure smooth customer flow.
• Effective Communication: Communicating clearly with the service and kitchen team to ensure all special requests are met.
• Handling Complaints Professionally: Dealing with any issues or complaints calmly and resolving them quickly.
