Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced
Sales Manager to lead and manage all sales operations across the Riyadh area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key trade channels, and leading a large team to achieve revenue and distribution targets.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage sales operations for the Riyadh region, ensuring consistent achievement of sales objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 70+ sales and support staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Manage multiple sales channels including:
- Modern Trade: Carrefour, Panda, and other large retail chains.
- Traditional Trade: Grocery stores, mini-markets, and wholesalers.
- HORECA: Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, budget utilization, and team KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar Sales Manager role within the Riyadh market.
- Proven track record managing large sales teams (50+ staff).
- Strong experience in FMCG or consumer goods sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of trade channels in Riyadh (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, HORECA).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
