The work environment is manufacturing; we make orders in the factory and preparations, not ready-made products.
There are no current clients, but the employee will be required to search for new clients, seek deals, and provide proposals to clients.
The location is in the heart of Riyadh on Al-Bathaa Street near (Qasr Al-Hukm Station - Al-Oud Station - Sukarain Station).
One of the most important conditions is owning a car and a valid driver's license in Saudi Arabia.
🎯 Job Objective:
Manage and develop sales of graduation event coordination services (for schools, universities, and private parties), starting from the initial communication with the client, through presenting services and negotiation, to executing the event and completing the financial collection.
📌 Main Responsibilities:
1. Marketing and Client Acquisition:
- Communicating with schools and universities and student groups.
- Conducting field visits to targeted entities and presenting the institution's services.
- Building long-term professional relationships with departments and coordinators.
- Continuous search for new opportunities during graduation seasons and various events.
2. Client Management (Sales Handling):
- Receiving client requests through various channels (WhatsApp, calls, visits).
- Analyzing client needs (number, budget, type of event).
- Providing comprehensive solutions that include:
- Graduation outfits (jacket, sash, caps).
- Coordinating and preparing the venue (decorations, balloons, themes).
- Accompanying events (photo booths, performances, DJ).
- Hospitality services (upon request).
- Preparing price offers in coordination with management.
3. Field Visits and Negotiation:
- Visiting client locations (schools, universities, event venues).
- Presenting a detailed professional service offer.
- Negotiating with clients to close deals.
- Obtaining final approvals and order confirmation.
4. Coordination and Execution:
- Coordinating with internal teams to start implementation.
5. Financial Collection:
- Following up on payment collections (deposit and final payment).
- Ensuring full receipts are obtained before or during execution.
- Delivering invoices and ensuring the completion of financial procedures.
6. Post-Execution Follow-up:
- Measuring client satisfaction and obtaining feedback.
- Strengthening the relationship with the client for future collaboration opportunities.
- Requesting media materials (photos/videos) for marketing use.
