We are looking for a (Saudi Only) sales representative focuses on selling services from one business to another in the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identifying potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research).
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients.
Client Outreach and Relationship Building:
- Initiating contact with prospective clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings.
- Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conducting product/service presentations and demonstrations.
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales pitches.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiating terms of sales agreements and contracts.
- Closing deals and ensuring all contractual terms are met.
- Preparing and delivering sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Account Management:
- Managing existing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Tracking sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Preparing regular weekly reports for management employee.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
- Providing feedback and insights from clients to improve products/services.
Meeting Sales Targets and Goals:
- Setting and achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Continuously striving to improve sales performance.
Administrative Tasks:
- Managing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Handling paperwork related to sales transactions and client communications.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.
- Setting sales targets and working towards achieving them.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative or similar sales role (minimum 12 years).
