Receiving in veterinary clinics receiving customers and welcoming them and directing them to the responsible person organizing appointments and updating calendars meeting the needs of customers during their visit knowledge of using computers and Microsoft Office programs ensuring that visitors are registered upon their arrival at the reception area and saving their data on the computer. -English language is required. Work two shifts a day.

Hotel Receptionist Duties:

• Ensuring room availability and making necessary adjustments as requested.

• Providing information about the hotel and available services.
• Guiding guests to tourist attractions and local amenities.

1. Handling Complaints:

• Listening to guests' problems and resolving them quickly and effectively.
• Escalating complaints to management if necessary.

1. Coordinating Requests:

• Communicating with other departments (such as housekeeping and room service) to fulfill guests' requests.
• Providing excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction.

1. Financial Procedures:

• Collecting payments and issuing invoices.
• Ensuring accuracy of financial data and maintaining records.

1. Handling Phone Calls:

• Answering phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate departments.
• Confirming reservations and responding to inquiries from potential guests.
