Job Responsibilities:

First: Operational and Administrative Tasks
• Full supervision of the operation of “Wahid Chai” branches and ensuring their compliance with approved policies and standards.
• Monitoring operational performance and sales daily, analyzing reports, and providing improvement recommendations.
• Acting as the owner's deputy in monitoring workflow and making daily administrative decisions.
• Training and developing branch employees and ensuring their operational and administrative readiness.
• Quality control and customer service, and direct intervention in case of complaints or deviations.
• Contributing to the development of operational processes and setting expansion plans.

Second: Marketing Tasks
