Job Requirements – Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly and quarterly marketing strategies for each brand.
  • Align marketing goals with business objectives (*, increasing lunch traffic, promoting new menus).
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget.

Branding & Creative Direction

  • Create, maintain, and strengthen each brand’s identity (logo, tone of voice, visual style, storytelling).
  • Develop and/or update brand guidelines for each brand.
  • Ensure all marketing materials (digital, print, in-store, outdoor) are aligned with brand identity.
  • Lead and manage content creation (photoshoots, videos, social media content, menus, posters).
  • Ensure all visuals and messaging reflect each brand’s identity and tone.
  • Collaborate with freelance or in-house designers, photographers, and videographers.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Ensure 3–5 posts per week per brand (mix of posts, reels, and stories).
  • Build and maintain a unified marketing calendar covering campaigns, posting schedules, events, holidays, and promotions.
  • Create engaging content and respond to customer interactions (comments, messages, tags).
  • Run targeted paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads).
  • Optimize SEO and manage listings on Google Maps and delivery apps.
  • Track performance analytics and prepare monthly reports (reach, engagement, ROI).

Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (openings, launches, seasonal events, special offers).
  • Collaborate with operations teams for in-store activations and limited-time offers.
  • Manage influencer and partnership collaborations (selection, coordination, tracking results).
  • Manage photo and video coverage for events and launches.

Customer Engagement & Community

  • Build relationships with influencers, local communities, and partners.
  • Develop loyalty and retention programs.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback (online and offline).
  • Support PR and media relations activities.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Analyze marketing data and its impact on sales.
  • Present monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Track ROI and continuously optimize strategies for better results.
