Job Description:
We are looking for a professional employee with experience in managing online stores, specifically on the platforms Noon and Amazon Saudi Arabia, to join our team. The applicant should be well-versed in all the details of working on these platforms, from uploading products and improving their visibility, to tracking orders, reviews, and performance analysis.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Professionally upload and manage products on Noon and Amazon.
Improve content (title, description, keywords) to increase visibility and sales.
Follow up on shipping and delivery processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints and negative reviews.
Monitor product performance and analyze reports to provide developmental recommendations.
Coordinate with the marketing department to implement promotions and campaigns.
Requirements:
At least two years of experience working on Noon and Amazon.
Good understanding of search algorithms and policies of each platform.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.
Proficiency in using Excel and Google Sheets.
