We are looking for a creative and experienced paid ads manager, who has a high marketing sense and is capable of devising effective marketing and advertising plans and ideas to manage campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) and search engine Google (Google Ads), aiming to increase sales and enhance brand visibility.
Main tasks: Prepare and implement paid advertising campaigns.
Innovate creative marketing ideas and plans that align with store goals.
Analyze performance and continuously improve advertisements.
Target the appropriate segments and write compelling ad texts.
Test designs and content to choose the best performing ones.
Monitor the advertising budget and allocate it effectively.
Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and results.
✅ Required qualifications: At least two years of experience in managing paid advertisements. Deep understanding of advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads...).
Ability to analyze data and extract recommendations (Google Analytics – Meta Insights).
Skill in marketing thinking and formulating creative ideas. High communication and organizational skills and the ability to work within a team.
