Channel Marketing Director, EMEA
EDB’s Channel Marketing Director, EMEA is a highly visible role aligned with the channel organization. Reporting to the Head of Field & Relationship Marketing, EMEA; this individual will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with focus resellers, SI’s and distribution partners that meet/exceed joint business goals. They will also support partner recruitment activities and execute regional to-partner communication tactics that increase awareness and drive the uptake of partner programs.

Responsibilities
  • Create strong relationships with Channel leadership & marketing counterparts at EDB and within focus partners and distribution to develop strategic quarterly, integrated demand-generation campaigns that align with joint business plans and drive incremental pipeline growth.
  • Work closely with distribution to build pass-thru demand-generation plans as well as plans for distribution to echo EDB messaging within their partner base.
  • Support regional partner recruitment goals.
  • Own and manage regional channel marketing budget.
  • Quarterly analysis and ROI reporting. Measure, monitor and adjust campaigns. Provide well-informed recommendations on future areas of investment.
  • Promote channel marketing initiatives and programs to partner base to support and drive the adoption of the partner program.
  • Execute regional to-partner communications, enablement and training updates utilizing global content.
  • Own the content delivery for key regional partner events * Partner Summit or PAB.
  • Complete other duties as assigned to meet company channel goals.

Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
  • 510 years of deep experience in working within channel marketing preferably within Data and Saas businesses or technology organizations (distribution or reseller environments will be considered).
  • Extensive experience in building strong relationships (remotely), developing joint programs and executing strategic integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth with partners and distribution.
  • Willing to travel to meet with leaders, partners, attend events and support the team (up to 30% travel).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment with a positive approach where no task is too big or small.
  • A strategic critical thinker who is analytical and data-driven.
  • Ideally speaks English along with a second language in Central Europe.
