Your Mission:Drive real revenue growth by acquiring new corporate clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process from first contact to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients
- Arrange and lead meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Deliver professional service showcasing value in Security / Facility Management
- Prepare accurate financial and technical proposals
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
- Follow up with clients until contract signing
- Maintain complete and up-to-date records in CRM
- Collaborate with finance for smooth collection processes
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Develop strategies to retain clients and expand accounts
- Mentor junior team members (optional, if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (corporate accounts)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- CRM proficiency (mandatory)
- Knowledge of the Jeddah corporate market (preferred)
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
