We are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Jeddah – Mall of Arabia, capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead store sales performance to achieve monthly and annual KPIs.
  • Train and motivate the store team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with ECCO's brand image and visual merchandising standards.
  • Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, cash handling, inventory monitoring, and reporting.
  • Analyze sales trends and develop action plans to increase profitability.
  • Attract, train, and develop store staff in line with ECCO’s values and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, mall regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and positive work environment.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of retail management experience in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing KPIs, sales targets, and team performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and people management abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand representation.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Previous experience in shopping malls is an important advantage.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
