About the Role:Raya Group is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Specialist to join our growing commercial team in Riyadh. This field-based position plays a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting the overall commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively visit existing and potential clients to present Raya Group’s product portfolio and service offerings.
- Support in identifying new sales opportunities and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent Raya Group professionally during client meetings, presentations, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools or reports.
Requirements:- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role (F&B, hospitality, or FMCG preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in the field most of the time.
- Strong ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
