Real Estate Marketer

Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Representing the company at the exhibition and introducing its services and real estate projects.
•Marketing real estate projects and answering customer inquiries.
•Gathering data on potential clients and communicating with them after the exhibition.
•Contributing to achieving sales goals according to the company’s plan.
•Committing to professional standards in dealing with visitors and clients.

Requirements:
•The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
•At least one year of practical experience in real estate marketing or sales.
•High communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
•Professional appearance and eloquence in speaking.
•The ability to work as part of a team and handle work pressure.
•Preferably someone with prior experience in real estate exhibitions.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste and damaged goods.
• Monitor temperature and humidity levels in warehouses according to product requirements.
• Prepare and implement periodic and spot inventory counts ensuring their accuracy.
• Manage the warehouse team, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and provide training.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution departments for timely material availability.
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory performance, material movements, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and government requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and storage standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Motivate and energize clients during training sessions.
• Prepare and organize training sessions in advance.
• Utilize the trainer app for session management.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their progress.
• Maintain company equipment and ensure all sessions meet professional standards.

• Valid KSA driving license and car.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Accredited Personal Training Certification and First Aid Certification.
