Job: Customer Service Branch Employee
Job Nature: Dealing with customer requests, inquiries, and complaints inside the company's branches using communication skills and systems as follows:
1 - Providing all services to the customer and explaining the advantages of the service provided to them
2 - Ensuring the rental of the car to the appropriate client (opening and closing contracts)
3 - Following up on the collection from open contracts and enhancing the branch's strength and collecting amounts from debt contracts
4 - Maintaining Google Maps ratings
5 - Achieving the monthly target plan
6 - Following up on contracts, writing reports, and ensuring the cars are ready
Salary: 4500 including basic salary, transportation allowance, housing allowance, and the company covers the insurance
In addition to a bonus determined by performance at work
Work hours: 8 hours
Working days: All days of the week in the branches and the employee has one day off weekly, which can be Friday or Saturday
Working hours: Determined during the interview (whether morning or evening)
Morning shift from 9 AM to 5 PM
Evening shift from 4 PM to 12 midnight
Work location: Determined during the interview
