Architect Required (23 Years Experience)

We are looking for an ambitious and talented architect to join our team, with experience ranging between 2 and 3 years in using specialized engineering software.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.

• Two to three years of practical experience in the field of architecture.

• Excellent proficiency in architectural design programs such as:

  • 3d Max  

  • lemion animation 

• The ability to prepare executive and detailed drawings.

• Good understanding of structural and design codes and standards.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.

• The ability to manage time and work under pressure.

• Generate leads and close sales for AMC/service contracts.
• Conduct site surveys and propose technical solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations and tenders.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for execution and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA/local fire codes and Civil Defense regulations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for service and AMC sales.
• Present service solutions to clients, address technical queries, and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with facility managers, consultants, and contractors.
• Liaise with maintenance and operations teams to ensure timely execution of services.
• Monitor ongoing contracts for performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Address client complaints or service issues in coordination with service teams.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Engineering.
• Minimum 510 years of experience in fire protection or service & Maintenance sales.
• Strong knowledge of FA/FF systems and standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid KSA driver’s license (preferred).
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate key markets.
• Learn details about the products and services offered.
• Address any questions or issues from customers.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements.
• Offer solutions based on client needs.
• Maintain an updated customer database.

• Previous experience in B2B/B2C sales is preferable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle various customer inquiries.
• Efficiency in implementing effective sales strategies.

Has experience in preparing project files for interior design
And recording client notes
And preparing mood boards
And creating the internal distribution of furniture
And preparing quantities and specifications
And searching for materials and required pieces
And following up on project stages
Proficient in design and presentation software
Organized and tidy
Visits projects on request

• Lead HSE initiatives and attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
• Support the Program Director in fulfilling HSE responsibilities across all projects.
• Ensure effective collaboration among all stakeholders on HSE matters.
• Identify and manage HSE risks across all projects effectively.
• Implement the HSE management system to protect all personnel.
• Promote a positive culture of HSE across the portfolio.
• Drive incidents prevention strategies and ensure high standards of performance.

• BSc/MSc or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• At least 15 years of HSE experience in the construction sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
• 5 years of experience in the Middle East is essential.
• Possession of environmental qualifications like IEMA or NEBOSH.
• Chartered Membership in a professional body such as IOSH.

• Lead the planning and initial site set-up and production of the HSSE plans.
• Develop standard operating procedures for HSSE of the program.
• Coordinate with other delivery partners and contractors.
• Plan and implement HSSE strategies.
• Facilitate partnerships with key stakeholders impacted by the program.
• Maintain high standards for work, providing training and development.
• Prepare necessary reports and ensure adherence to safety standards.

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline with at least 15 years of experience in construction projects.
• OSHA Certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in complex construction environments.
• Effective contractor management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or Diploma in Level 6 (as per Saudi regulations)
• 5+ years of HSE experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Health & Safety regulations, and risk management protocols
• Excellent reporting, incident investigation, and communication skills

• Oversee HSE plan implementation and procedures
• Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and client HSE standards
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans
• Collaborate with project teams to promote a safety culture

• Prepare feasibility reports for proposed projects.
• Analyze drawings and documents to prepare quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.
• Maintain and update a unit rate database using historical data and market research.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and finance teams.
• Monitor actual project costs versus estimates and investigate variances.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and market pricing.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
