Job Title: Manager - Regional Retail
Job Purpose: To oversee and drive the performance of retail stores within a designated region by ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Job Responsibilities:- Regional Sales Management: Drive sales performance across all stores in the region to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Store Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all retail outlets in the region.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support store managers to build high-performing teams.
- Compliance: Ensure all stores comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and audit requirements.
- Coordination: Monitor stock levels in regional warehouses and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration)
Experience: Minimum six years of experience in retail management.
Language: Fluency in Arabic and English.
