Job Description: Facility and Construction SupervisorThe facility and construction supervisor is an essential part of the team, responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of buildings and equipment. This role aims to ensure that all facilities meet operational standards and comply with regulations, providing a safe and functional environment for employees and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintenance Supervision: Monitor periodic and preventive maintenance of buildings and coordinate with technicians for repairs.
- Safety and Compliance: Implement safety standards and conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Team Management: Lead and train the maintenance, cleaning, and contractor team.
- Space and Asset Management: Oversee space allocation and manage supplies inventory.
- Coordination with Suppliers and Budget: Communicate with external service providers and assist in budget planning.
- Emergency Handling: Prepare emergency plans and develop response plans.
Required Qualifications:- Diploma or degree in facility management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and safety systems.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
