• Supervising Branch Operations:

1.     Monitoring the branch opening and closing times daily via surveillance cameras.
2.     Ensuring that branches are ready in terms of basic supplies (covers, bags, etc.).

• Inventory and Orders Management:

1.     Reviewing and auditing product shortages and coordinating with the warehouse to prepare orders.
2.     Supervising the implementation of complete and partial inventory of products and controlling the movement of cash assets.

• Financial Supervision:

Reviewing and auditing cash assets periodically to ensure there are no shortages or accounting errors.

• Compliance with Standards and Policies:

Ensuring that standards are applied during visits to branches, including government requirements and precautionary procedures.

• Promotional Offers:

Supervising and participating in the implementation of visual offers and discount promotions, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure correct application.

• Evaluation and Follow-up:

1.     Using the branch evaluation model during visits to identify needs related to maintenance, products, or display.
2.     Monitoring market movement and competitor offers and preparing related reports.

• Achieving Goals:

Ensuring that employees are aware of daily and monthly sales targets and following up on their accomplishments daily.

•  Training and Development:

1.     Training new and current employees on products, sales techniques, and customer service.
2.     Holding periodic meetings to motivate teams and listen to their feedback and inquiries.

•  Employee Management:

1.     Coordinating employee vacation and attendance schedules.
2.     Participating in recruitment interviews and selecting suitable candidates.
3.     Evaluating employee performance periodically and preparing performance reports.
 
Benefits:

Basic salary + commissions up to 3000  rials monthly.
