Role DefinitionWe are looking for a Sales Representative to manage dealers' relationships, market company products and services, and assist in developing dealer sales capability.
What You Will Do- Understand the business model and act within business process guidance.
- Assist dealers with the forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning, and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews with dealers.
- Present products or services to stakeholders and address their needs.
What You Will Have- Customer focus with knowledge of customer needs and satisfaction.
- Industry knowledge relevant to equipment and sales.
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Top Candidates Also Have- Relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of Caterpillar products and construction equipment industry.
- Experience in Retail development would be an asset.
