موظف الاستقبال فندقي هو الشخص الذي يتولى استقبال الضيوف عند وصولهم، ويقوم بتسجيل بياناتهم وإجراءات تسجيل الدخول والخروج. تشمل مهام موظف الاستقبال الرد على استفسارات النزلاء، وتقديم المعلومات حول مرافق الفندق، وتوجيههم إلى غرفهم، وحل أي مشاكل أو طلبات قد يحتاجها النزلاء أثناء إقامتهم. كما يتولى معالجة حجوزات الغرف، ويعمل كحلقة وصل بين الضيوف وإدارة الفندق لضمان توفير تجربة إقامة مريحة ومرضية للنزلاء.

المهام والمسئوليات :
  • استقبال وتسجيل النزلاء، وإتمام إجراءات الوصول والمغادرة بكفاءة واحترافية.
  • توفير المعلومات الأساسية حول خدمات الفندق والمعالم السياحية القريبة.
  • التعامل مع استفسارات النزلاء باحترافية وتقديم حلول فعّالة لاحتياجاتهم.
  • إدارة سجلات النزلاء والقيام بالعمليات الإدارية المطلوبة، مثل حفظ البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
  • العمل بالتنسيق مع الفرق الأخرى، مثل خدمة الغرف والصيانة، لضمان تجربة متكاملة للنزلاء.

المتطلبات :
  • خبرة سابقة في مجال خدمة العملاء أو الاستقبال، ويفضل في مجال الفنادق.
  • إتقان مهارات التواصل الشفهي والكتابي، والقدرة على التعامل الودي مع جميع النزلاء.
  • إلمام جيد بأنظمة إدارة الفنادق.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ولغات أخرى ستكون ميزة إضافية.
