We are looking for a professional operations manager to efficiently lead the café operations, capable of managing the team, improving customer experience, and enhancing performance and sales. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage the daily operations of the café. - Supervise the team (recruiting, training, evaluation). - Improve service quality and customer experience. - Monitor stock and suppliers. - Prepare operational and financial reports. - Increase sales and achieve targets. - Adhere to cleanliness and safety standards. Requirements: - Experience of at least 2–4 years in café or restaurant management. - High leadership skills and team management. - Experience in operating cashier systems (POS). - Ability to solve problems and make decisions. - Knowledge of quality and customer service fundamentals. - Knowledge of specialty coffee is preferred ☕.
