Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Welcome and engage with clients while accurately understanding their real estate needs.
- Present available projects and units, clearly explaining their details and key features.
- Consistently follow up with potential clients, converting leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
- Regularly update client information in the sales management system.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the sales process.
Requirements:- Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Previous experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage
