About the Role
Fitch Learning, a leader in financial services training, is seeking a Financial Trainer specializing in Professional Skills to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering learning solutions to professionals at all career stages, supporting individuals and organizations in the finance industry. Role Context and Faculty Involvement
As an integral part of the Professional Skills faculty, you will collaborate with a global team focused on designing and delivering comprehensive training programs and academies. These programs cover essential professional skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, serving clients including banks, financial institutions, regulators, and multilateral organizations. Trainers are expected to attend the office regularly when not engaged in training commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver professional skills training programs through in-house, virtual, and public courses to enhance skills within client organizations.
- Translate complex workplace and industry contexts into practical, experiential learning experiences aligned with client objectives and Fitch Learning's quality standards.
- Prepare and continuously improve training materials, toolkits, and assessments, incorporating evolving best practices and client feedback.
- Support business development by acting as a subject matter expert, participating in scoping calls, tailoring proposals, and presenting program solutions to clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for content, technical, and process inquiries within the professional skills product area for the region, fostering client trust and enhancing program outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of relevant experience. Specific qualifications include:
- Extensive experience in delivering or developing professional skills programs, such as leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, preferably within a bank or financial institution.
- Proven presentation skills and the ability to confidently facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences, both virtually and in-person.
- Demonstrated effectiveness as a communicator with a clear impact on learner outcomes and the ability to drive behavior change.
