We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.
Role Summary:The Business Development Manager will play a key role in shaping market strategy, building partnerships, and positioning Compass as a leading consultancy in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with private developers, PIF entities, and government/semi-government clients.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities across key sectors.
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and bid coordination in collaboration with internal teams.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business intelligence to inform strategy.
- Represent Compass at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and provide regular reports on pipeline and business performance.
Candidate Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in business development or client relationship management, ideally within a PMC or design consultancy.
- Strong network and proven experience engaging with Saudi-based developers, PIF entities, and government bodies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi construction and real estate market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
