Collecting basic information about the client and the subject of the service and preparing it for presentation to the partner/department head.

Preparing drafts of price quotes and fees according to approved models and pricing policies and following up on client approval and signature.

Uploading proposals and documents via Etimad platform and following up on the request status until awarding or closure.

Coordinating the preparation of fee agreements and preparing them for signature, then referring files to the relevant departments and opening them in the internal system.
