Your Role:As a Senior Purchasing Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our purchasing strategy from end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include:
- Purchasing & Order Management: Create, manage, and optimize purchase orders while tracking shipments and resolving any issues that arise.
- Inventory Control & Stock Management: Work closely with our warehouse to maintain optimal stock levels and conduct inventory audits.
- Product Selection & Catalog Management: Support product selection aligned with market trends and collaborate with marketing for accurate listings.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure timely deliveries and resolve any logistical challenges.
- Vendor Performance & Reporting: Evaluate supplier performance and prepare detailed purchasing activity reports.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the Beauty & Cosmetics industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
