Role Overview:The Solutions Engineer (SE) is a crucial sales and technical role. You will support our sales team, utilizing your technical expertise to provide knowledge about F5's Distributed Cloud to customers. Our goal is to achieve sales targets and address customer needs through tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Articulate and convey F5's product strategy and value proposition.
- Provide technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to drive sales processes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.
Qualifications:- 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in secure cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, cloud deployment tools, and application monitoring tools.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
