Human Resources Manager with leadership experience and strategic vision to lead and develop human capital, and build a motivating work environment that supports the achievement of organizational goals. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and attraction processes, talent development, and fostering a culture of performance and adherence to approved systems and policies.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall human resources management strategy in line with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and selection of suitable competencies.
- Develop internal policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Manage training and career development programs and build career paths for employees.
- Foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Manage and evaluate performance and develop continuous improvement and development plans.
- Oversee employee affairs, compensation and benefits, and manage salaries and bonuses.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant government regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and indicators and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Lead organizational transformation and change initiatives and build a high-performance work environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, including experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
- Experience in performance management, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and human capital management technologies.
- Professional certifications such as (SHRM, CIPD, PHR) are preferred.
