Executive Assistant - Riyadh 🇸🇦

We are looking for recent graduates to work as full-time executive assistants in Riyadh.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Arabic and English, and knowledge of Excel, recent graduates.

• Lead the social media strategy across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and others.
• Prepare and implement the monthly content plan in line with campaigns and brand objectives.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content producers to create engaging and creative materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide clear reports to management.
• Keep up with trends and create content that fits the spirit of the Saudi market.

• At least two years of experience in managing social media accounts for brands or companies.
• High taste in writing and creative content.
• Strong understanding of Saudi audience culture and local communication tone.
• Ability to manage a team and handle multiple parties at once.

• Manage the document lifecycle (receipt, registration, classification, storage, archiving, distribution, updating).
• Ensure compliance with the standards and policies related to document control.
• Create a numbering and indexing system for documents to facilitate search and retrieval.
• Track document issuance dates and review and update them as needed.
• Safeguard original and backup copies of documents securely and confidentially.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the availability of the latest versions.
• Prepare periodic reports on the status of documents.
• Manage documents within various document management systems.
• Train employees on document control procedures.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing the required documents.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Document Management, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in document management, secretarial work, or quality management systems.

• Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
• High skill in organization, follow-up, and coordinating meetings and correspondence.
• Proficient in using office programs (Microsoft Office).
• Previous experience in the field of executive secretariat is preferred.

• Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Practical experience of no less than 7 years in calculating and reviewing costs and preparing estimated budgets for projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering in one of the relevant disciplines.
  • Experience in developing reference methodologies for estimating and reducing costs, and creating accurate models for budget control.
  • Preference for those holding a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification.
  • Experience in conducting market studies and benchmarking with similar projects to ensure price accuracy, realistic estimates, and achieve cost savings.
• Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in using related engineering software and applications, especially: Primavera (P6 – Cost & Resource Management), Candy CCS, CostOS, MS Excel (Advanced – Pivot, Macros, Power Query).
  • Ability to prepare professional presentations and visual displays.
