• Source, negotiate, and purchase spare parts, tools, and workshop supplies
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Prepare purchase orders and keep accurate records of procurement transactions
• Coordinate with the workshop team for required parts and consumables
• Drive a company car for purchasing activities as needed

• Previous experience as a Purchaser / Procurement Officer, preferably in a workshop setting
• Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory)

• Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
• Issue purchase orders and agreements effectively.

• Procurement Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to understand procurement needs, and coordinate with external procurement functions and finance departments.
• Government Procurement Systems: Navigate Saudi government procurement platforms, prepare and submit tenders and documentation per KSA requirements.
• Payment and Contract Follow-up: Track outstanding payments with clients and vendors, and coordinate contract execution and invoice processing.
• Project Support: Support project teams with procurement-related tasks, develop timelines, and escalate any delays or issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
• Strong familiarity with contract management and vendor coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi government procurement processes.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, fluent in English and Arabic.

• Assist team members with vendor registration & pre-qualification.
• Assist team members with preparation of Expression of Interest (EoI) lists.
• Assist in review of EoI submissions & preparation of Tender short lists.
• Assist in preparation and review of RFP / ITT documents.
• Tender management including processing of tender queries and clarifications, tender opening, post-tender clarifications, meetings etc.
• Support in review of recommendations for management approval.
• Support in compilation and processing of information for reporting purposes.

Job Title: Field Purchasing Agent

Job Summary:

The field purchasing agent is responsible for executing purchasing processes and transporting materials between suppliers and different sites affiliated with the establishment. His duties include field research for suppliers, receiving and transporting orders, and ensuring the timely availability of materials with the best possible quality to achieve business continuity and reduce delays and costs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Visiting suppliers and factories directly to obtain price quotes and negotiate the best terms.

• Receiving materials and purchases from suppliers and ensuring they meet the required specifications.

• Delivering purchases to the company’s sites and warehouses on time.

• Ensuring the safety of materials during transportation and adhering to safety procedures.

• Coordinating purchasing processes in collaboration with internal departments and warehouses.

• Monitoring the availability of essential materials periodically and providing purchasing recommendations when needed.

• Submitting periodic reports on purchasing movements and observations on supplier performance.
