Field Sales Specialist (Supplier Acquisition Representative)
Job Objective: To attract and register suppliers (B2B) on the ********* platform, explain the platform's services and their value to suppliers, and achieve a specific monthly target of active subscriptions.
“ Tasks and Responsibilities • Visit targeted suppliers and companies in the specified city area. • Explain the platform and its services (procurement management, financing, subscriptions). • Persuade suppliers to register and subscribe to the platform. • Achieve the required monthly target of the number of subscriptions or their value. • Follow up with potential customers and convert them into actual subscribers. • Enter and update supplier data in the platform system or CRM. • Submit periodic reports on performance and sales. • Commit to pricing policies and offers approved by management.

✅ Qualifications and Requirements • Previous experience in field sales or B2B sales (preferably digital platforms or SaaS). • High communication and persuasion skills. • Ability to work according to a clear monthly target. • Seriousness, discipline, and ability to work in the field. • Preferred to have previous relationships with suppliers or companies. • Proficiency in using the phone and digital applications.

Tasks:

• Develop and implement electronic marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract customers.
• Create and coordinate marketing content across various digital channels.
• Design innovative marketing materials that align with the brand identity to attract the target audience.
• Manage advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
• Analyze data and metrics related to marketing campaigns to improve performance.
• Monitor digital trends and provide innovative solutions to expand the customer base.
• Prepare monthly reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze returns.
• Follow up and communicate with potential customers to motivate them to take conversion actions.

Working hours: 8 hours daily

Working days: 6 days a week

Required a game operator to work in a prestigious entertainment center, possessing a friendly personality and excellent communication skills with all age groups and different cultures. Responsible for operating and managing entertainment devices efficiently and safely, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Daily operation of entertainment devices and equipment

• Explaining the rules and safety instructions to visitors

• Ensuring visitors comply with safety procedures

• Solving simple problems with the device and reporting malfunctions to maintenance

• Organizing waiting lines and managing time efficiently

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the device area

• Assisting visitors and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided

Saudi nationals are required as representatives
The job will be at a hangar station
One day off in the middle of the week

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Ensure Petty Cash Policy & Procedures are well maintained and followed.
• Check and Verify Suppliers and Subcontractors Invoices.
• Prepare Payment Priority Lists.
• Follow up with the Riyadh Office for payments.
• Monitor Project Expenses.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• SOCPA certification is preferred.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across all sectors.
• Conduct presentations and technical demonstrations showcasing the efficiency and quality of FHC solutions.
• Build long-term partnerships with consultants, contractors, and government clients.
