Role Description

The Patients Relations Specialist will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, operating and maintaining office equipment, and supporting office administration.

Role Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, guests, and team members.
• Experience in receptionist duties, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure patient satisfaction and retention.

We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team and provide excellent customer service while handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing sales transactions, operating cash registers and point-of-sale systems, handling cash and credit card payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate cash drawer balances. • Saudi National, registered with SCE.

• Manage the Manager’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Prepare and organize project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings (internal and external), including agendas and minutes of meeting (MoM).
• Handle incoming/outgoing communications (emails, calls, official letters).
• Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for project records.
• Support document control processes in coordination with engineering and project teams.
• Track action items and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics when required.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive project and organizational information.

• 3-6 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably in construction or large-scale projects.

• Prepare and implement emergency plans according to company policies.
• Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure that safety instructions are understood and followed by field technicians.
• Conduct periodic inspections of equipment safety and fire extinguishers.
• Monitor overall safety procedures and conduct safety inspections on site.
• Instruct workers in safety equipment use and procedures.
• Evaluate unsafe working conditions and take necessary corrective actions.
• Report on incidents and accidents to the relevant parties.
• Monitor compliance changes to legislation and implement necessary updates to safety procedures.

• 5+ years of experience in the construction/engineering industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or a related field.
• IOSH Managing Safely Certification and OSHA 30 Hours Certified.
• Certified First Aider from a recognized institution.
