Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in the formwork engineering industry, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
  • Proven experience managing engineering teams and multi-project environments.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar managerial positions, including leading an engineering function (*, Engineering Head) in the formwork field.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Mandatory expertise in cards cross-border payments, e-commerce, and merchant partnerships.
  • Proven experience in campaign execution, customer segmentation, and performance analytics.
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in banking, payments, or consulting, with a significant focus on credit card portfolio optimization, digital engagement, and product management. Regional experience is highly preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Cards P&L, key revenue drivers, loyalty programs, and effective campaign management strategies.
  • Fluent command of English is essential; Arabic fluency is preferred.
