Join CMS MENA as an Office ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Office Manager for our office in Riyadh. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including administration, reception, and client onboarding tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters for new joiners.
- Add new employees to Workday and maintain HR data securely.
- Enrol new joiners in training and health insurance.
- Manage employee files and maintain data confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the PR officer for visa processes.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a professional office environment.
- Support and organise office events and meetings.
- Liaise with various departments for collaborative tasks.
About You:To thrive in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in facilities and administration management.
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Saudi employment legislation.
Education and Experience:A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related fields is preferred, along with at least five years of relevant experience in KSA.
