Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams on ongoing projects and operational portfolios.
- Support reporting and data entry for PPM, billing plans, and invoicing information.
- Coordinate for invoice preparation and collect documentation for subcontractors.
- Assist project managers in reviewing cost positions and managing project documentation.
- Support cash collection activities and project logistics coordination.
- Prepare and manage project reports and correspondence.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
