Job Responsibilities
Receiving clients and providing appropriate real estate consultations based on their needs.
Marketing real estate units (sale/rent) through various platforms.
Conducting field tours and inspecting properties with clients.
Building a strong database of owners and tenants/buyers.
Following up on the completion of contracts and agreements according to the applicable regulations (such as the Ejaar platform).
✅ Conditions and Requirements
Nationality: Saudi (in compliance with localization decisions in the real estate sector).
Qualification: At least a high school diploma (preferably a diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing or management).
Skills: * Eloquence in speaking and a high ability to persuade and negotiate.
Proficiency in using computer applications and social media applications.
A real estate license is preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
Other: Availability of a private means of transportation.
