Duties and Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, conduct market and competitor analysis, and manage P&L, including productivity and cost management.
- People Management: Conduct on-the-job training, performance reviews, and maintain employee engagement by leading activities and encouraging feedback.
- Guest Experience: Supervise food and beverage service, implement brand standards, and ensure exceptional service quality while being knowledgeable about the menu and production procedure.
- Responsible Business: Manage quality assurance programs, compliance with safety requirements, and maintain a clean environment.
- Accountability: Supervise daily operations, generate revenue, and monitor service efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements: - Intermediate or equal level of qualification.
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Industry.
- 3 years of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Computer knowledge (MS Office and the Internet).
