We are looking for a professional sales engineer with strong experience in interior decoration and furnishing, capable of managing sales processes and providing innovative design solutions that meet client needs and align with the visual identity of the projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Managing the sales processes for furnishing and interior decoration projects from the inquiry stage to closure.
Preparing price offers and pricing project items with high accuracy based on specifications and plans.
Providing design consultations to clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into practical solutions that align with design standards.
Continuous coordination with design and execution teams to ensure compliance with client requirements.
Visiting work sites to understand the scope of the project and assess actual needs.
Following up with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and prepare sample materials.
Preparing periodic reports on sales performance and client movement.
Building strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors to maintain an effective work network.
Representing the company in meetings, presentations, and specialized exhibitions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or any related field.
Practical experience in interior decoration, furnishing, and project pricing.
Good understanding of finishing materials, furniture, and interior accessories.
Excellent communication skills and high ability to persuade and negotiate.
Ability to read plans and understand design details.
Proficiency in using basic design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is an additional advantage.
Time management skills and ability to work towards clear sales goals.
Driving license and car (a prerequisite for visiting sites and clients).
