Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager is required, with a proven track record of leading complex projects from initiation to closure. Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential. Experience working within mega/large-scale complex design and construction programs across private and/or government sectors is necessary. Significant experience in the development, implementation, and management of business systems, including policies and procedures, is also required.

The Senior Design Manager will lead design-related activities throughout the fit-out delivery phase, collaborating with the client, consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the fit-out design management process from the Issued for Construction (IFC) stage through to construction, commissioning, and final handover.
