A sales supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales supervision is required, who possesses high leadership skills and the ability to motivate the sales team and achieve the required objectives. He/she will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing relationships with key clients, and training and guiding the sales team.
Main Tasks:
• Develop monthly and annual sales plans and follow up on their implementation
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Develop relationships with current clients and seek new customers
• Train and develop the skills of the sales team
• Monitor competitors in the market and provide recommendations to improve performance
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
