Full-time - Receiving visitors or clients, welcoming them, and directing them to the responsible person or the appropriate office.
- Ensuring that visitors register upon their arrival at the reception area and storing their data on the computer.
- Ensuring that the reception area is tidy and contains all necessary office supplies such as pens, brochures, and workplace papers.
- Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- Providing administrative support and coordinating work activities.
- Receiving emails and responding to them.
- Sending and receiving faxes and keeping files related to work.
- Interacting with clients and strengthening relationships with them.
- Organizing appointments and scheduling meetings, updating calendars.
- Keeping copies of documents and records.
- Answering any inquiries or questions that clients or visitors may have.
- Maintaining an organized filing system.
