We are looking for a distinguished specialist to manage marketing campaigns and digital promotion for our company, who will be responsible for monitoring performance and analyzing data to ensure that marketing objectives are achieved efficiently.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.).
• Monitoring campaign performance and analyzing results using analytical tools like Google Analytics.
• Improving ads to ensure the best return on investment (ROI).
• Preparing periodic reports on campaign performance and sharing them with management.
• Proposing new strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Interacting with the audience and following up on their comments and reactions to the ads.

Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and analytical tools.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and improve campaign data.

Job Announcement for Property Management Accountant (In-person or Remote) 

Job Title: Property Management Accountant 

Location: In-person or Remote 

Salary: To be determined after passing the personal interview 

Requirements: 

  1. Not less than 5 years of experience in real estate accounting and management in Saudi Arabia. (Provide proof) 
  2. Complete familiarity with rental platforms in the Kingdom. (Provide proof) 
  3. Good knowledge of local real estate laws and related regulations. 
  4. Advanced skills in computer usage, especially Excel (proficient in dealing with spreadsheets and formulas). Pass the prescribed test for applicants  
  5. Full familiarity with using One Drive (part of Microsoft Office programs) and its services (storage, sharing, organizing files). 
  6. Ability to handle data and calculate rents and dues effectively. 
  7. Excellent communication skills and teamwork remotely. 
  8. Fluent in English. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Drafting and registering contracts on the official platform 
  2. Following up on revenues with tenants until they are collected and deposited in the bank 
  3. Drafting notifications for tenants and delivering them, receiving their calls and complaints 
  4. Performing accurate real estate and rental calculations. 
  5. Monitoring financial transactions and ensuring their validity and entitlements. 
  6. Following up and ensuring the maintenance of properties after tenants leave and repairing malfunctions. 
  7. Using online rental platforms and continuously updating data. 
  8. Using Excel to organize and analyze real estate data, rental duration, tenant names, rental value, and all required notes. 
  9. Storing and sharing data via OneDrive according to the organization's policy. 
  10. Providing weekly periodic reports on the financial performance of properties.
