Adhering to the approved uniform and maintaining a good appearance that reflects the brand identity. Regularly conveying customer feedback and suggestions to the lounge supervisor or management. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, and displaying products in an attractive manner according to the adopted policies. Supervising the sales operations within the branch, striving to achieve the specified sales targets, and working to increase sales levels. Handling complaints and suggestions professionally, documenting them, and sharing them with management in writing. Regularly updating games and software on gaming devices, ensuring they are ready for use. Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate assistance to ensure they have the best possible experience in the branch. Presenting and explaining product features to customers in a simplified and attractive manner. Organizing goods on the shelves according to the adopted systems and policies, monitoring stock availability, and restocking shortages. Continuously learning about product features and services to accurately clarify them to customers. Maintaining effective and continuous communication with management and colleagues to ensure work efficiency, considering everyone's needs and work conditions. Responding to all legitimate instructions and directives issued by management and working as a team spirit.
