Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st to 3rd level IT support in a timely and efficient manner.

Candidate Profile – Must-Haves:
  • Education: Diploma in IT or a related field OR Minimum 10+ years of proven hands-on experience.
  • Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (*, networking, hardware, or systems administration) are preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Strong experience in network setup, hardware installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Industry background in Mining or Industrial environments is highly preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Arabic is preferred.
