Sales representatives
* Assist customers in-store and support them with purchases

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely.

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash/card).

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in smart building solutions and AIOT systems, who will be responsible for developing business opportunities and building relationships with real estate developers, consultants, contractors, and interior design companies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales growth strategies for smart projects.
* Attract new opportunities in smart villa projects and residential, commercial, and hotel projects.
* Build strong relationships with developers, consultants, ELV contractors, and interior designers.
* Promote smart home solutions, smart locks, and smart lighting.
* Follow up on projects and tenders and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
* Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to meet project requirements.
* Manage project timelines and achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

* At least 5 years of experience in:
* Smart homes
* ELV and low current systems
* Smart buildings
* Security systems and smart lighting
* Experience in project sales and business development within Saudi Arabia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers professionally.
• Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate recommendations.

• Achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
