Job Role
We are looking for female call center agents to handle all customer calls via phone only. Responsibilities include receiving bookings, entering them into the system, and guiding guests through check-in and check-out procedures — without any direct contact with guests.

Main Responsibilities
* Answer all incoming calls and assist customers professionally.
* Handle bookings: create, update, and cancel bookings in the reservation system.
* Provide guests with details about room types, prices, availability, and hotel policies.
* Guide guests through the self-check-in process and send instructions when necessary.
* Follow up with guests at checkout time to ensure a smooth departure process.
