🔹 Job Description – Cashier (Restaurant and Beverage Field)

Job Title: Cashier
Department: Sales / Customer Service
Direct Manager: Branch Supervisor / Branch Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers politely and greeting them with a smile.

• Accurately recording orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Issuing invoices and collecting payments in cash or via cards.

• Ensuring cash amounts match reports at the end of the shift.

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.

• Cooperating with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Applying restaurant-specific policies and procedures accurately.

• Preparing daily revenue reports and submitting them to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma at a minimum.

• Previous experience in cashiering or customer service (preferably in restaurants).

• Proficiency in using Point of Sale systems.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and during peak times.

• Neat appearance and discipline in attendance and departure.

• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.
• Prepare tax documents.
• Compile and analyze financial statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Advise on banking transactions, commercial agreements, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including banking, procurement, IT, and service-level agreements.
• Provide proactive, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, products, and services.
• Review and supervise work from junior lawyers while offering guidance and mentorship.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel for effective risk management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal services and documentation standards.

• Executive Support:
  • Manage the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Organize and coordinate executive travel arrangements, including visas and accommodations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action lists.
  • Draft, format, and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Office & Communication Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Maintain office systems, records, and documentation (both electronic and physical).
  • Ensure timely dissemination of information across departments as instructed by the executive.
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage filing systems, data entry, and documentation tracking.
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
  • Support procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Liaise with HR, Finance, and other departments for administrative workflow.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism:
  • Ensure all executive office matters are handled discreetly.
  • Protect sensitive information and uphold corporate confidentiality policies.

• Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is presentable and organized.
• Answer and route phone calls and inquiries promptly.
• Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and issue visitor passes.
• Maintain appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.

• Provide support to departments as needed, including document management.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and maintenance of office records.

• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors for various services.
• Support HR and Admin in onboarding procedures.

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and guests.
• Handle complaints or requests and escalate as necessary.

• Manage executives' calendars and schedule meetings.
• Assist executives in preparing for meetings, including taking minutes.
• Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.
• Draft and format reports, presentations, and other documents.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Experience in project or investment-related fields is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
