  • تسجيل البيانات وتحديث معلومات العملاء في النظام الإلكتروني.
  • التعامل مع الشكاوى والملاحظات وحلّها أو رفعها للإدارة عند الحاجة.
  • التواصل المستمر مع الفرق الطبية لضمان تنفيذ الطلبات في الوقت المحدد.
  • تأكيد المواعيد وتذكير العملاء بالخدمات المجدولة.
  • الالتزام بسياسات الشركة والمحافظة على سرية بيانات العملاء.

المتطلبات الأساسية:
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع مختلف العملاء.
  • إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج التواصل.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتنظيم الوقت.
  • يفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء أو المجال الطبي.

Job Role
We are looking for female call center agents to handle all customer calls via phone only. Responsibilities include receiving bookings, entering them into the system, and guiding guests through check-in and check-out procedures — without any direct contact with guests.

Main Responsibilities
* Answer all incoming calls and assist customers professionally.
* Handle bookings: create, update, and cancel bookings in the reservation system.
* Provide guests with details about room types, prices, availability, and hotel policies.
* Guide guests through the self-check-in process and send instructions when necessary.
* Follow up with guests at checkout time to ensure a smooth departure process.
