Join Us as a Dual-Discipline Supervisor!We are seeking experienced dual-discipline supervisors specializing in architecture and mechanical fields to lead and supervise on-site construction activities. As a key player in our project teams, you will ensure compliance with drawings and specifications while driving timely completion of all tasks as per the schedule.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee field supervision and manage work teams effectively on-site.
- Read and comprehend architectural and engineering drawings along with technical specifications.
- Coordinate effectively between consultants and contractors to maintain project success.
- Monitor workmanship and supervise temporary works, ensuring proper documentation.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports regarding project progress and updates on work plans.
- Resolve technical conflicts and coordinate between civil, architectural, and MEP activities on-site.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with project stakeholders.
- Utilize basic accounting skills for main and temporary works, proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Qualifications:- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the construction field.
- Residence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Mid-career level professional.
